We produce patio umbrellas in our own factory in Linhai, Zhejiang since 2009, covering frame forming, powder coating, canopy sewing, printing and assembly under one roof for buyers in 30 countries.

- PTZHU-R series: center pole round patio umbrellas in 1.8 m, 2.0 m, 2.7 m and 3.0 m canopy diameters, 8 pcs steel ribs 12×18 mm, crank lift
- PTZHU-A series: aluminum pole patio umbrellas, 8 pcs ALU ribs 12×18 mm, 38/48 mm pole wall thickness 1.2-1.5 mm
- PTZHU-S series: square patio umbrellas, 2.0×2.0 m and 2.5×2.5 m canopy, 8 pcs ribs 12×18 mm, 4 air vents optional

OEM/ODM Capability
Custom programs run from drawing to container under one roof.
- Mold making: in-house injection molds for hubs, runners, crank housings and top caps; new mold lead time 25-35 days, mold drawings confirmed before cutting
- Printing: silk screen printing for 1-4 spot colors, digital heat sublimation for gradients and full-panel artwork on 100% polyester fabric
- Color: Pantone TPX/TCX matching for powder-coated frames and dyed or printed canopies; color sample cards issued before bulk
- Sampling: artwork confirmation, then pre-production sample in 7-10 days, photos and video sent for approval before mass production
- Custom parts: your logo on canopy, pole, rib caps, carton and manual; private-label packaging and barcode labels supported
- Engineering support: we adjust rib thickness, pole diameter and base weight to meet your target price and wind-load requirement
Factory Strength
Our factory has operated since 2009 in Linhai, Zhejiang Province, approximately 2 hours by truck from Ningbo Port. Every production stage is in-house: profile processing, cutting and welding, powder coating, fabric sewing, assembly and QC. Monthly output is 60 x 40’HQ containers per month across umbrella lines.
- In-house profile processing: steel and aluminum tubes cut, punched and formed on our own lines
- Welding and powder coating: rib and pole welding, then 200 degreeC curing oven, coating thickness 60-80 micron
- Fabric sewing: cutting, panel sewing, hemming and valance printing in one workshop
- Assembly and QC: 100% opening test before packing, 3-layer export carton or custom retail box
- Exports to 30 countries, serving importers, wholesalers, garden centers and e-commerce brands
Patio Umbrella Manufacturing Questions, Answered
Can I mix models and colors in one container?
Yes. Mixed-model containers are normal practice for us as long as the total reaches From 10 pcs per model in stock colors; 50-100 pcs per model for custom printing or OEM (varies by line). Tell us your target models and quantities and we will calculate the loading plan for 20GP, 40GP or 40HQ.
How long does sampling take?
Existing-model samples ship in 3-5 days. Samples with your custom printing or Pantone color take 7-10 days after artwork confirmation. Sample cost is refundable against the first bulk order.
What artwork files do you need for printing?
Send AI, PDF or EPS vector files, or 300 dpi PSD with fonts outlined. Our prepress team checks bleed, panel geometry and color separation and returns a proof for your sign-off before printing.
What warranty do you offer?
Frames are warranted 2 years against structural defects; canopies 1 year against UV fading under normal use. Defective-rate settlement is handled by credit or replacement parts in the next shipment.
Do you support factory audits?
Yes. We hold AMFORI BSCI audit records and accept Sedex, WCA and customer-specific audits. We can send the BSCI report and ISO 9001 certificate before you book a visit.
How do you schedule production in peak season?
Peak season runs from November to March for Northern Hemisphere spring stock. Orders confirmed before November lock in 25-35 days after approved pre-production sample; sampling 7-10 days; later orders are quoted with the actual production slot at contract time.
