Private Label Questions, Answered
Do you already supply large retail chains?
Yes. We supply major US retail chains, established sourcing agents. Our core export markets are the USA, Brazil, Germany and France.
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM services?
In OEM programs we manufacture to your designs and specifications under your brand, including custom tooling and molds. In ODM programs you select from our developed models and we brand them for you. Both include printing, Pantone color matching, samples and prototyping.
Can you brand products with our private label?
Yes. Private label is a core service: silk-screen printing, digital dye-sublimation printing and Pantone color matching are handled in-house, so your brand appears consistently on canopies, fabrics and finishes.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are produced and packed at our Linhai factory, inspected before loading, and shipped in full containers via nearby Ningbo Port. Packing is planned to make efficient use of container space.
What certifications do you hold for retail compliance programs?
We hold ISO 9001, SGS, EN 581, EN 12520 and AMFORI BSCI certifications — the quality, product and social compliance documentation retail compliance teams typically require.
Can we visit the factory or send a third party?
Yes. We welcome buyer visits to our Linhai facility, and we also work with established sourcing agents. Our drop-test video is available to support remote quality evaluation.
