Ocean freight and customs clearance can add an additional 4-6 weeks. We provide a detailed and transparent timeline with every quote to ensure you have clear and reliable delivery expectations.

What are your standard payment terms?

Our standard terms for bulk orders are a 30% deposit to initiate production, with the 70% balance due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading. For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible terms. Samples require payment in full before shipment.
