We manufacture cantilever umbrellas with side-pole aluminum frames in our Linhai, Zhejiang factory since 2009, producing ribs, poles, bases and canopies in-house for export to 30 countries.

OEM/ODM Capability
Custom programs run from drawing to container under one roof.
- Mold making: in-house molds for rotation gears, tilt joints, crank sets, rib connectors and base brackets; new tooling 25-35 days with drawing confirmation
- Printing: silk screen for spot-color logos, digital heat sublimation for photographic and gradient artwork on polyester canopies
- Color: Pantone TPX/TCX matching on powder-coated aluminum and dyed fabric; frame and canopy colors can be split per your brand
- Sampling: 7-10 days for custom pre-production samples after artwork and drawing sign-off; wind-open test video provided with each sample
- Custom engineering: rib count 8 or 12, pole wall thickness, rotation mechanism and base weight are all adjustable to your market spec
- Private label: your brand on canopy valance, pole sleeve, carton, manual and warranty card
Factory Strength
The factory has run since 2009 in Linhai, Zhejiang Province, about 2 hours from Ningbo Port. All stages are owned in-house: profile processing, cutting and welding, powder coating, fabric sewing, assembly and QC. Monthly capacity is 60 x 40’HQ containers per month.
- Aluminum profile processing: extrusion cutting, CNC punching and forming done on our own lines
- Welding and powder coating: TIG welding on joints, 200 degreeC curing, 60-80 micron coating thickness
- Fabric sewing: sublimation printing, panel cutting and sewing in one workshop, replaceable-canopy construction standard
- Assembly and QC: rotation, tilt and crank functions tested 100% before packing
- Exports to 30 countries: importers, hospitality projects, garden centers and online brands

Can I mix cantilever sizes and models in one order?
Yes. Mixing PTCTV models is allowed once the total reaches From 10 pcs per model in stock colors; 50-100 pcs per model for custom printing or OEM (varies by line). We build the container loading plan for free and tell you exactly how many pieces of each model fit a 40HQ.
How long does a custom sample take?
Stock-model samples ship in 3-5 days. Samples with your logo printing, Pantone frame color or modified rib structure take 7-10 days after drawing and artwork confirmation.
What printing files do you accept?
AI, EPS, PDF vectors or 300 dpi layered PSD. Panels are printed flat before sewing, so we return a panel-layout proof showing position and size on each of the 8 or 12 panels before production.
What warranty applies to the rotation mechanism?
Frames and rotation mechanisms carry a 2-year warranty; canopies carry 1 year against UV fading. Wear parts such as crank handles and gears are available as spare parts kits for after-sales service.
Can you support our factory audit?
Yes. We are AMFORI BSCI audited and accept Sedex, WCA and buyer-specific social audits. Documents can be sent ahead so your team prepares the visit in one day.
How early should I order for spring season?
Peak booking starts in November. Orders confirmed early lock 25-35 days after approved pre-production sample; sampling 7-10 days; from December we quote the next free production slot at contract time so your vessel date stays accurate.
