We fabricate gazebos, pergolas, canopies and sunshade sails with steel and aluminum frames in our Linhai, Zhejiang factory since 2009, running welding, powder coating and fabric sewing in-house for export to 30 countries.

OEM/ODM Capability
Custom programs run from drawing to container under one roof.
- Mold making: in-house injection and stamping molds for louver brackets, corner joints, crank systems, post bases and gutter connectors; new tooling 30-45 days with drawing sign-off
- Fabrication: CNC tube cutting, punching, welding and bending for project-specific dimensions beyond catalog sizes
- Printing: silk screen spot colors and digital sublimation on polyester canopy tops, sidewalls and curtain panels
- Color: Pantone and RAL matching on powder-coated aluminum and steel frames; fabric dyed or printed to Pantone
- Sampling: structural pre-production sample in 10-15 days including wind-open and louver cycle test video
- Project support: CAD shop drawings, anchoring schedules and BOM lists for hospitality, resort and municipal tenders
Factory Strength
The factory has operated since 2009 in Linhai, Zhejiang Province, about 2 hours from Ningbo Port. Structure production uses the same in-house chain as our umbrella lines: profile processing, cutting and welding, powder coating, fabric sewing, assembly and QC. Monthly capacity is 60 x 40’HQ containers per month.
- Heavy-frame lines: CNC cutting and robot-assisted welding on aluminum posts and steel trusses
- Powder coating: 200 degreeC curing oven, 60-80 micron coating, gloss and matte options
- Fabric workshop: sublimation printing, panel sewing and hardware installation for canopy tops and sidewalls
- Trial assembly: one full unit assembled per production batch and load-checked before bulk packing
- Exports to 30 countries: contractors, hospitality projects, importers and DIY retail chains

Yes. Mixed-structure containers are supported once the total reaches From 10 pcs per model in stock colors; 50-100 pcs per model for custom printing or OEM (varies by line). Knock-down packing lets us combine frames, roof panels and accessories; we issue the exact loading plan before you confirm.
What is the lead time for a project-specific pergola size?
Catalog sizes run at 25-35 days after approved pre-production sample; sampling 7-10 days. Custom dimensions need shop-drawing confirmation first, then 10-15 days for structural sample and the agreed production slot after approval.
How do you handle installation documentation?
Every structure ships with an assembly manual, exploded drawings and labeled hardware bags. For tenders we provide CAD files, anchoring schedules and installation videos before shipment.
What warranty do structures carry?
Aluminum frames carry 5 years, steel frames 3 years against structural failure; fabrics carry 2 years against UV degradation; louver mechanisms 2 years. Spare parts kits are quoted per project.
Can you pass a factory audit for a tender?
Yes. We hold AMFORI BSCI and ISO 9001 records and accept SGS, BV and buyer-specific audits. Reports can be issued before your evaluation deadline.
How do you schedule production in peak season?
Peak bookings open in October for spring installation season. Orders confirmed early lock 25-35 days after approved pre-production sample; sampling 7-10 days; project orders are scheduled against the vessel date in the contract, with weekly progress photos.
