Patio Furnitures Co. was founded in 2009 in Linhai, Zhejiang — China’s outdoor leisure capital, close to Ningbo Port for efficient export shipping. From day one we positioned ourselves as a direct manufacturer, not a trading intermediary.
Today we operate a full in-house production line: aluminum and iron profile processing, cutting, welding, powder coating, fabric sewing, rattan weaving, assembly and quality control. Because every step happens under our own roof, buyers get consistent specifications, coordinated production and one accountable partner.
We supply OEM/ODM and private label programs for retail chains, brands and hospitality buyers, with core sales markets in the USA, Brazil, Germany and France. Program results are documented in our case studies, and the current shade line spans offset, market and solar LED umbrellas.

Profile Processing
Aluminum and iron profiles are prepared in-house as the foundation for umbrella frames and furniture structures.
Cutting
Profiles are cut to precise dimensions so every frame component fits consistently across the production run.
Welding
Frame joints are welded by skilled operators to build strong, durable structures for commercial use.
Powder Coating
Metal parts receive a durable powder coating finish that protects against outdoor exposure.
Sewing & Rattan Weaving
Canopies are cut and sewn and rattan is woven in-house, including custom printing and Pantone-matched colors.
Assembly & Quality Control
Every product is assembled and checked before packing, and a drop-test video demonstrates our quality checks.
