We produce wrought iron patio furniture with in-house casting, welding and powder coating in our Linhai, Zhejiang factory since 2009, shipping bistro sets, benches and dining groups to 30 countries.

Custom programs run from drawing to container under one roof.
- Mold making: in-house casting molds for scroll joints, chair backs, table bases and bench legs; new casting tooling 30-40 days with sample approval
- Pattern development: your scrollwork drawing or photo reproduced in CAD, then sample-welded for approval before bulk
- Color: Pantone and RAL matching on powder coat; antique finishes hand-applied and sealed with clear topcoat
- Printing and embellishment: silk screen logos on table tops, etched glass options, brass logo plates on chair backs
- Sampling: full pre-production sample in 10-15 days including load test and coating adhesion check
- Private label: branded carton, assembly manual, hardware bags with spare parts and touch-up paint pen
Factory Strength
Since 2009 our factory in Linhai, Zhejiang Province, about 2 hours from Ningbo Port, has run the full chain in-house: profile processing, cutting and welding, powder coating, assembly and QC, plus a dedicated casting and scroll-forming section. Monthly capacity is 60 x 40’HQ containers per month.
- Casting and forming: scroll bending, cast joint pouring and stamping done on-site
- Welding: jig welding for repeatable geometry, welds ground smooth before coating
- Powder coating: zinc-rich primer plus topcoat, 200 degreeC cure, 60-80 micron total thickness
- Assembly and QC: every set trial-assembled, hardware torque-checked, coating inspected under light booth
- Exports to 30 countries: importers, garden centers, hospitality projects and retail chains

Can I mix bistro sets, dining sets and benches in one order?
Yes. Mixed PTWRI items ship in one container once the total reaches From 10 pcs per model in stock colors; 50-100 pcs per model for custom printing or OEM (varies by line). Chairs stack and tables flat-pack, so we issue a cubic-meter loading plan per model before you confirm the order.
How do you protect iron furniture from rust in coastal markets?
Every frame receives zinc-rich primer under a 60-80 micron polyester powder coat, salt spray tested with SGS reports. For coastal projects we upgrade to hot-dip galvanizing before coating on request.
What is the sample lead time for a custom scroll design?
Existing designs sample in 5-7 days. New scrollwork or casting designs take 10-15 days after CAD drawing approval, longer if new casting molds are cut. Sample cost is credited against bulk orders.
What artwork do you need for printed glass or mosaic tops?
Vector AI, EPS or PDF files or 300 dpi images. Mosaic patterns are laid by hand from your pattern sheet; we photograph the first finished top for approval before completing the batch.
What warranty do you offer on finishes?
Powder-coated finishes carry 3 years against peeling and corrosion under normal outdoor use; structures carry 3 years; glass tops 1 year against manufacturing defects. Touch-up paint ships with every order.
How do you handle peak-season capacity?
Peak season is November to March. Early orders lock 25-35 days after approved pre-production sample; sampling 7-10 days; casting and welding slots are scheduled in booking order, and every contract states a firm ETD.
