Factory Strength
Since 2009 our Linhai, Zhejiang factory, about 2 hours from Ningbo Port, has combined frame manufacturing with in-house printing: profile processing, cutting and welding, powder coating, fabric sewing, assembly and QC under one roof. Monthly capacity is 60 x 40’HQ containers per month.
- In-house print shop: silk screen tables and digital sublimation transfer lines beside the sewing workshop
- Frame lines: ribs and poles produced on-site, coated in Pantone-matched colors
- QC: printed panels checked against approved proof for registration, color and defects before sewing; 100% open test after assembly

What files do you need from me to start a print quote?
Send AI, EPS or PDF vector artwork, or 300 dpi PSD/PNG with fonts outlined, plus the Pantone codes of your brand colors. Even a low-resolution logo works for quoting; our prepress team rebuilds it as vector and returns a proof.
What is the sample lead time for a printed umbrella?
Printed pre-production samples take 7-10 days after you approve the layout proof and color swatch. Stock frames with a single-color silk screen logo can sample in 5 days. Sample cost is credited to the bulk order.

How do you guarantee color consistency on repeat orders?
Print files, screens and Pantone records are archived per customer. Bulk starts only after your signed color swatch, and each production run is checked against the retained approved sample.
Which printing method is cheaper for my artwork?
1-2 flat colors: silk screen is cheaper per unit at volume. Full-panel gradients, photographs or 3+ colors: digital sublimation avoids screen fees and reproduces unlimited colors. We quote both when your artwork fits either.
Do you support factory audits and inspections?
Yes. We are AMFORI BSCI audited and host SGS, BV and buyer inspections, including print-shop walkthroughs. Pre-shipment inspection at AQL 2.5/4.0 with print-quality checks is standard.
